Donation Policy

Welcome to GROWW INDIA HUMANITY TRUST. This Donation Policy explains how donations made through our website are accepted and utilized.
1. Purpose of Donations
All donations received by GROWW INDIA HUMANITY TRUST are used exclusively to support charitable and humanitarian activities, including:
- Food distribution
- Clean drinking water projects
- Education support
- Healthcare assistance
- Emergency relief
- Community welfare initiatives
- Administrative and operational expenses directly related to these charitable activities
2. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are made voluntarily by the donor. Donors are encouraged to verify the donation amount before completing the transaction.
3. Use of Funds
The Trust will make every reasonable effort to utilize donations for the intended charitable purposes. If a specific project is completed or cannot be implemented, the Trust reserves the right to allocate the donation to another charitable program with similar objectives.
4. Tax Benefit
At present, donations made to GROWW INDIA HUMANITY TRUST are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors should not expect any tax deduction unless an official 80G certificate is issued by the Trust in the future.
5. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non refundable because they are immediately allocated towards charitable activities.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
- Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
6. Cancellation
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor.
7. Payment Security
All online donations are processed through secure payment gateway partners. GROWW INDIA HUMANITY TRUST does not store debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
8. Transparency
The Trust is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in the utilization of donations. Records of donations and charitable activities are maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
