All donations made to GROWW INDIA HUMANITY TRUST are voluntary contributions made to support charitable activities. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non refundable.

- Duplicate donation due to multiple payments.
- Incorrect donation amount caused by a technical error.
- Unauthorized transaction, subject to verification.

- Email Address
- Transaction ID
- Date of Donation
- Reason for Refund Request
4. Refund Approval
All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. GROWW INDIA HUMANITY TRUST reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request after verification.
5. Refund Timeline
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and the donor's bank.
